A little about Andrew & Lisa...
Andrew & Lisa Rasmussen have had dreams of being restaurateurs and a vision to bring a unique dining destination to their hometown of Lonsdale, MN; with that idea in mind, they created Smoke. Smoke is a restaurant combining high quality and tasty BBQ, hand crafted by Andrew, with high quality, unique taps and libations, creating a special dining experience out of Lonsdale, MN. In addition to having the restaurant, they will provide catering to the surrounding areas, bringing delicious BBQ to corporate events, social events, weddings and more!

We found ourselves in Lonsdale looking for a bite to eat and ran across this place. Very friendly and attentive service, and the pulled pork had a wonderful smoked flavor. Excellent craft beer selection as well as bourbon list.

Best Burger I've ever had. French fries were great. Everything with the meal from the aioli, buffalo sauce, seasoning was outstanding. The service was great also. I will definitely be coming back.
